The `CST` type now wraps a `rowan::GreenNode` instead of a `rowan::SyntaxNode`. This makes the `CST` type `Send` and `Sync` which makes it user-friendlier, specially for async use cases.
The DocumentStore type now returns Arc<Document> instead of &Document and heavy computations can be done in async code.
