We need to keep RUBY_FREE_AT_EXIT in these tests.
to commit-email.rb. I didn't realize I dropped a letter when I moved it. It wasn't really intended, so I change it back.
from ruby/git.ruby-lang.org@2c4628e. Also drop ostruct from dependencies. We could remove nkf if we use base64, but it's also a bundled gem, so it doesn't really help.
