New syntax:
subkey
--when-format--
to specify format specific search-replace pairs. Works for all formats that can be detected by extensions.

Implemented format specific abbreviations:
User interface: add sub keys --pdf-- or --html-- to search-replace yaml key.
This fulfils enhancement suggestion #3

Important: this syntax is now replaced by --when-format--

callout with and w/o abbr. titles

Bugfix

Hastily adding the possibility for using abbreviations in callout titles introduced a bug when callouts did not have a title. Thank you, @ChristopherBarrington, for reporting issue #2 and suggesting a fix. I extended the fix to callouts with empty bodies that were also affected.
