Import Swoole\Coroutine\run directly and fix GraphQL body handling

Changes

• Swoole adapter: Import Swoole\Coroutine\run as a function and call directly instead of using string reference
• GraphQL body handling: Allow query/mutation as root operation per GraphQL spec, not just wrapped in {query: "..."} object
