Thanks for PR, Artie.
Few months ago I tried ratatui = "=0.30.0-alpha.0" version and code did not compiled.
I think you the same had errors too, and fixed with WidgetRef, right?
But now we have 0.30.0 and it compiles fine and I don't get why do we need WidgetRef.

Apparently this is the "preferred" way of doing things now in 0.30.

What's the reason for this? Can you explain?
It requires unstable-widget-ref feature, I don't like unstable features.

In fairness, I've tried to look at the changes that were added to .30 and couldn't find any reason thad pushed me towards this "change". I may simply misunderstood the intentions behind WidgetRef trait.
