Описание проблемы:
При выборе подсказки из списка с помощью мышки мы получаем suggestion через колбек onChange.
При выборе подсказки с помощью клавиш Arrow Up/Down в инпуте меняется suggestion, но вызова onChange не происходит.
Предлагаемое решение:
Добавил вызов onChange с параметром suggestion при выборе подсказок с помощью стрелок Arrow Down/Up
Если выбрана первая подсказка, то при нажатии на Arrow Up передаем в onChange undefined
