Windows generally uses CR/LF, this project file had LF.
I have some Visual Studio Project file updates coming. This one is a separate PR to avoid muddying the later update.
This PR simply updates the line endings to match other Visual Studio project files such as the
wolfBootKeygenTool.vcxproj.
