Motivation

Removed OSMacros.h from public export OneSignalCore.h

• The SDK exposed var and let macros that conflicted with C++ code
• This prevents the var and let macros from leaking into user code
• address [Bug]: Importing OneSignalFramework.h in bridging header results in error No type or protocol named 'OSUser' / 'OSLiveActivities' #1512
