Starting to go through the screens and integrate the new mapbox car map installer mapbox/mapbox-maps-android#1603

There's just a couple screens to migrate, I started this a little late so will pick it up tomorrow

• ActiveGuidanceScreen
• CarRoutePreviewScreen
• MainCarScreen
• PlacesListOnMapScreen
• Release maps extension 0.3.0
• Rebase and resolve conflicts
