Description

This is a little unexpected. In the maps sdk we added default java interfaces (MapboxCarMapObserver) and it simplifies the downstream api.

The other thing that is unexpected, is that this pull request should have failed by metalava #6388 🤔 🤔 . Here's the job that passed.
