[WIP] Change: Reorganize as griffe and griffelib packages with uv workspaces

• Understand the migration script changes and package structure
• Fix mkdocs.yml paths for mkdocstrings to include packages/griffelib/src and packages/griffecli/src
• Fix gen_structure_docs.py to point to new package locations (griffelib/_internal)
• Update griffe/init.py to use explicit imports instead of star imports for proper static analysis
• Add load_external_modules: true to mkdocstrings config for alias resolution
• Update watch paths in mkdocs.yml
• Comment out deprecated/removed API references in docs (ExportedName, git utilities)
• Fix test_api.py to import griffelib and handle griffe/griffelib aliasing
• Run tests to verify changes work correctly (965 passed)
• Code review and final verification
