Add Openfort MCP to server list

Description

This pull request adds Openfort's MCP Server to the list of official available Model Context Protocol servers.

Motivation and Context

Openfort is an open source alternative to wallet infrastructure solutions, it supercharges projects with authentication, user management and payments.

Openfort’s MCP Server is a plug-and-play solution that enhances AI assistants by enabling them to create projects, manage configurations, and query data automatically when building applications on Openfort's infrastructure.

The motivation behind building the Openfort MCP Server comes from the desire to streamline developer onboarding and enable AI-powered project scaffolding with minimal human intervention.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Using MCP Inspector
• Using Cloudflare's Workers AI LLM Playground
• On Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code and Claude Desktop
• All on both Windows and Unix based systems

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Documentation update
