  • To an Accepted or Final PEP, with Steering Council approval
  • To fix an editorial issue (markup, typo, link, header, etc)
• PR title prefixed with PEP number (e.g. PEP 123: Summary of changes)

@serhiy-storchaka, I would appreciate your feedback as this is close to final version (for SC). Let me know if you feel that argumentation is not strong enough. I think it's better to mark this PEP as "Deferred" than reject the idea.
